We booked Shailesh and Mystical Mumbai for airport transfers and two tours; a market tour and a tour of Mumbai. Traveling as a large group with young children, Shailesh had no problem in switching things around for us when we were too tired to do the market tour on our first day of arrival.
Instead, he created a hybrid tour for us the following day, taking in the main sights of Mumbai, lunch, the slums and some sari shopping for an impending wedding.
I couldn't rate this experience enough. The guide, Shailesh, was informative, extremely helpful and very friendly and pleasant. The tour gave us an understanding and an insight into Mumbai that we couldn't otherwise gain over a single day.
