Tydligt vilken väg Ryssland, BRICS bestämt sig för att gå och verkar inte låta sig stoppas av några externa hot. De har en hel del andra länder som stöder utvecklingen och hoppas joina på olika sätt och så snabbt som möjligt. Det går långsamt men verkar snabbats på mer och mer den senaste tiden.
